Introduction to Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) -SKY RUBBER
Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) is a copolymer of styrene and butadiene. SBR can be classified into two types according to its polymerization method: emulsion polymerization and solution polymerization. The synthesis technology of emulsion-polymerized SBR was successfully developed by IGFarben in Germany in 1933. Solution-polymerized SBR was put into industrial production in the 1960s . It is estimated that in 2024 , the global SBR production capacity was approximately 6.817 million tons, accounting for about 30% of the total synthetic Rubber Production .

Introduction to Acrylic Rubber (ACM, AEM)-SKY RUBBER
Acrylic rubber ( ACM ) is copolymerized from acrylate monomers. Its main chain is a saturated carbon chain, and its side groups are polar ester groups. It has advantages such as simple processing equipment and ease of implementation.

Types of Rubber Products -SKY RUBBER
- tire
Tires are a major component of Rubber Products, with over half of the world 's rubber used to produce various tires. Tires are categorized by application, primarily including automobile tires, aircraft tires, tractor tires, and construction machinery tires. Tires are classified by structure into two types: solid tires and pneumatic tires.

Characteristics and Disadvantages of Special Rubber-SKY Rubber
- Silicone rubber (Q)
Advantages: It has an extremely wide temperature resistance range, and is resistant to both high temperatures (up to 300°C) and low temperatures (down to -100°C). It is currently the rubber with the best cold and high temperature resistance. It also has excellent electrical insulation, high thermal oxidation and ozone stability, and strong chemical inertness.

The main application of rubber-SKY Rubber
- General rubber
- Butyl rubber (IIR): inner tubes, water tubes, balloons; insulation layers of wires and cables, linings of chemical equipment; shockproof products, heat-resistant conveyor belts, heat-resistant aging tape products.

Characteristics and disadvantages of general rubber--SKY Rubber
-
- Butyl rubber (IIR)
Advantages: excellent air tightness, good ozone resistance, aging resistance, high heat resistance (long-term working ≤ 130℃); resistance to strong inorganic acids (sulfuric acid, nitric acid, etc.) and general organic solvents, good vibration absorption and damping, and electrical insulation.
Disadvantages: poor elasticity, poor processing performance, slow vulcanization rate, weak adhesion and oil resistance.
Operating temperature range: -40~120℃

The quality and characteristics of rubber-SKY Rubber
Rubber is one of the earliest polymer materials developed and applied. Its wide range of applications and diverse varieties have led to a relatively comprehensive set of technologies for the development of raw materials and products. It has played a vital role in economic development and people's daily lives, becoming an indispensable and important material .
